David has more than 25 years of building experience, most of it working side by side with Craig. As co-owner of LumeHaus, he is one of the two people you deal with from your first site visit right through to handover.

Co-owner & Builder
Craig brings more than 25 years of hands-on building experience, most of it alongside David. As co-owner of LumeHaus, he makes sure every home is built properly and to the standard we put our name to.
Our story
Built the way we've always wanted to build.
After more than 25 years building together, we started LumeHaus Projects to give Sunshine Coast families a better way to add a granny flat, tiny home or backyard studio: well designed, properly built, fairly priced, and delivered by the same people you first spoke to.
How we work

1. Free property & site assessment
We visit your block, check access, slope, services and overlays, and talk through what's possible.
2. Design & fixed-price quote
We tailor a design to your site and give you a clear, fixed price before you commit.
3. Approvals handled with your certifier
Building approval and council planning are coordinated by us with licensed Queensland professionals.
4. Build, install & handover
Your home is built, delivered, installed and connected — then walked through with you at handover.
