Fast Guard Pty Ltd trading as LumeHaus Projects ("LumeHaus Projects", "we", "us") operates this website. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the site, including the "Discuss my property" enquiry form and our website chat assistant.

When you submit an enquiry, we collect the details you provide: your name, postcode, mobile number and email; what you're interested in (a one-, two- or three-bedroom home, a custom home, a garden office, a private home gym, a retreat or guest space, or not sure yet); any optional message about your property or goals; any upgrade collections you selected on our pricing page; and your conversations with our website chat assistant. With your consent, we also record your agreement to receive calls, emails and SMS about your enquiry.

To respond to your enquiry, assess your property preliminarily, and discuss your project. With your separate marketing consent, to send you occasional updates.

We use a customer relationship management (CRM) platform and its messaging and chat tools to store and respond to your enquiry. This platform may store your information on servers located outside Australia. We may also share information with the professionals involved in a project (designers, engineers, planners, certifiers, trades) as needed. We do not sell your personal information.

We handle your personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
