Lume Entertainment
A private games and entertaining pavilion with a compact home bar and outdoor seating — a place to host friends, play and unwind, steps from the main house. A 12.0 m × 4.0 m (approx. 48 m²) external footprint with a compact home bar, a pool table zone, a darts zone, an arcade corner, a WC and hand basin, coloured LED feature lighting and full-height glazed frontage facing the deck. Charcoal exterior with black frames and a warm timber-look soffit with recessed lighting are proposed features; final design may vary.

STARTING INCLUSIONS
Finished games room, model glazing, fitted compact bar and sink, enclosed WC/basin with heated floor, smart hub and 1 m² magnetic panel.

The 12.0 × 3.0 m front deck, furniture, equipment and landscaping shown are optional extras, designed and quoted for your site.
We confirm feasibility, standard inclusions, upgrades and tailored pricing in your written proposal. Changes remain subject to engineering, transport, services and approvals.
15% deposit
Once the overall scope and project price are agreed, we issue your building contract for signing. A 15% deposit secures your order after the 5 business day cooling-off period, with three further stage payments of 35%, 35% and 15% tied to completed work you can inspect.
≈ 8-week build target
Construction is completed and ready for delivery in around eight weeks from contract signing, provided approvals and final design are in place. A target programme is confirmed in your contract — it is not a guaranteed move-in date.
