Every confirmed residential granny flat includes these items as standard. The package is designed for Sunshine Coast living — cooling-first, corrosion-resistant and smart-home ready.

Building & finishes

  • Galvanised steel base and steel frame; COLORBOND roofing and agreed exterior cladding/feature finish
  • Insulation, painted VJ walls and ceilings, internal doors and hardware
  • Aluminium windows and glazed external doors, with flyscreens to opening windows and sliding doors
  • Hybrid flooring in living areas; standard carpet or hybrid choice in bedrooms; tiled wet-area floors

Kitchen

  • Fitted cupboards, pantry and drawers as shown, with soft-close hardware
  • Laminate benchtop, tiled splashback, stainless-steel sink and mixer

    Outdoor structures and site works quoted for your block.

  • Loose furniture, fridge, washer and dryer; dishwasher and microwave are optional extras

    Loose furniture and major appliances are not included in the home price.
